What options do I have with my registration after the race cancellation?

1. Change the registration for the 2021 edition that will take place on November 7, 2021.

2. Change the registration for the edition of November 7, 2021, with the possibility of running the eDreams Mitja Marató of October 17, 2021 for free, upon confirmation.

3. Refund of 75% of the amount paid, which implies avoluntary donation of 25% in solidarity with the organization in these difficult times for everyone.

4. Refund of 100% of the amount paid (registrationplus accessories in case of having purchased them).

Registrations made for free directly or indirectly donot have the option of free participation in the eDreams Mitja Marató Barcelona or the refund of any fee.

Which is the deadline to manage my registration?

I want to receive the refund of my registration. How and when will it be?

You must enter here to request the refund that will be made 15 days after receipt of your request. If there is any problem with the credit card that you used to make the payment, you will receive an email with the instructions of how to proceed.

I don’t remember my registration locator to manage my registration. How can I get it?

I made my registration through a promotional free code. What about my registration?

All free registrations of personal commitments, sponsors and supplier brands that have been distributed directly or in digital activations will receive an email regarding the status of their registration.

I’ve requested a refund and haven’t received it. What should I do?

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of the request. If you don’t receive it within that period of time, it may be that the credit card used to make the payment is not operational, in which case you will receive an email with the instructions of how to proceed.
