🎯 What will we do in this session?

  1. Warm-up and running technique.
  2. Joint mobility.
  3. 23 km run at marathon pace (23 km run at your target marathon pace, simulating the intensity of the race and evaluating your current physical condition. Key training to fine-tune your strategy and gain confidence in your pace, as well as practicing the concentration and energy management).
  4. Final stretches.

This event is an exclusive opportunity to prepare for the Zurich Marató Barcelona in the company of other runners who share your same goal. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your target pace, gain confidence in your abilities and refine the last details to face the 42K with confidence and motivation.

🎯 What will we do in this session?

  1. 10' warm-up.
  2. 30km run at marathon pace (extended 30km run, at marathon pace, so you can get a feel for what it will be like to run at your target pace over a significant distance. It's a chance to adjust your pace, focus on maintaining energy and evaluate how your body responds).
  3. Equipment and supplementation test (ideal opportunity to test the breakfast, clothing, footwear and sports supplements you plan to use on race day. Observe how your body behaves, adjust any details and make sure each choice is aligned with your needs).
  4. Sensations evaluation.

Why can't you miss it?

This 30km training is the last big preparation before the marathon and is key to identifying any final adjustments you need to make. You will have the opportunity to simulate the race, make sure that all your equipment works perfectly and, above all, gain confidence that you are ready for the 42 km.
