🎯 What will we do in this session?

10' warm-up.
30km run at marathon pace (extended 30km run, at marathon pace, so you can get a feel for what it will be like to run at your target pace over a significant distance. It's a chance to adjust your pace, focus on maintaining energy and evaluate how your body responds).
Equipment and supplementation test (ideal opportunity to test the breakfast, clothing, footwear and sports supplements you plan to use on race day. Observe how your body behaves, adjust any details and make sure each choice is aligned with your needs).
Sensations evaluation.

Why can't you miss it?

This 30km training is the last big preparation before the marathon and is key to identifying any final adjustments you need to make. You will have the opportunity to simulate the race, make sure that all your equipment works perfectly and, above all, gain confidence that you are ready for the 42 km.
