The exponential growth of the Zurich Marató Barcelona in the last years is linked to that of the Expo Sports , the parallel fair that is celebrated during the same weekend of the race.
The Expo Sports 2018 had 130 exhibitors and about 70.000 visitors in the two days of opening.
For the next edition, the Expo Sports will remain located in the pavilion 8 of Barcelona's Fair. More square meters of exhibition to offer more space and comfort, both to visitors andexhibitors.
Thanks to the consolidation of the Expo and to the growth of running and outdoor sports in our city, we calculate that the Expo Sports will have about 150 exhibitors and that it will surpass 70.000 visitors in 2019.The opening to other outdoor sports corresponds to the increasing synergies that are created between these sports and running. For this reason, the Expo Sports wants to turn into the meeting point of manufacturers, distributors and sportsmen. Each sport with its own space, but offering the consumer the last novelties of all of them.
The new design of the Expo Sports will allow a better distribution by sectors and products, facilitating the client and the visitor the search of brands, distributors, races, complements and other sectors presents in the Expo Sports. The Expo Sports becomes the perfect platform for the presentation of new collections, to start special promotions and to reinforce the strategy of marketing before an objective public.
